Yellow Springs is a pretty cool place to hang out for an afternoon. If nothing else just sit on a bench downtown and people watch. The town is filled with old hippies still looking like they did in the 60s and 70s only grayer. Hell you may see Dave Chappelle YS's most famous resident.

Re: Yellow Springs turn blue?
Read the story again, Greene County is conservative, i.e. Greene county to voted for McCain (2008) and Blackwell (2006). According to 2000 Census Yellow Springs has 3751 residents while Greene County has 147886 residents. 90% of the Village voted for Obama, try Obama Springs? Don't worry there still blue in Yellow Springs, i.e. former Senator DeWine!

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Scorpio

Let the past stay in the past for now. Even though you may have fond memories of intense experiences, the Virgo Moon sees to it that you have virtually no desire to go there again just yet. This is your opportunity to show others what you can do in a more civilised environment. Don't try to shout down someone who is rude enough to interrupt. As unlikely as it may seem, the softest voice has the biggest chance of being heard today.
