When I read the Daily Banner on line, I see all the execs at Lifecare having multiple banquets,Promotion announcements, and many other employees receiving awards. When I read The Chattanoogan on line, I see where some of Lifecares'nursing homes have been closed by Medicare for failing to meet the governments standards of care. The closings have resulted from Lifecares failure to make corrections even after being given ample time to remedy the problems. Will the CDB ever cover Lifecare in the news section or only the society page?

I will tell you what is up with LifeCare Centers of America. 1. Forrest Preston calls the shots around Cleveland and especially with local media. 2. They have always fought their phony fight against negative press the same way by promoting their decency in the Banner and making damn sure that the Banner stays away from the truth (like milking medicare out of millions of dollars.) Check out what they pulled off in Georgia. They were fined an unbelieveable amount of 2 million for their crimes and yet weathered it. Bet people in Cleveland don't know that. Believe me, I know what I am talking about. My mother was killed by Lifecare here in good old Cleveland. Look up Matthews vs Life Care Center of Cleveland on the internet. Not only do they control the media they control the local judicial system as well. It has been a heartbreaking experience for me and my family to actually see these hick, cowardly politicians (including a judge,) bow to an undeniable felony. Don't think for a moment that this nightmare is going away. Not as long as the sheep in this town run scared.

I have seen some the homes Life Care exects live in , they rival some of the homes I have seen in Palm Beach or Beverley Hills. One day these thugs will get sick or disabled. Do you think they will check themselves in to a Life Care facility? NO! These heartless bastards can afford on call MD's and 24/7 RNs.Only in the next life will they finally fall from their laps of luxury. For those people who would abuse or neglect anyone who is vulnerable and at their mercy , they will one day find that their inflated status and all their ill-gotten gains, the vast wealth that bought them everything, including our Judges, will be worthless when they stand before their Maker. The misery of those who had suffered while under their authority will pale in comparison to what these monsters have in store. People! Never shy from the task of advocating for those who are weak or needy, for what ever you do for the least of your brothers and sisters you also do for your Savior. God will bless and keep you.

My name is Dennis Matthews. I am retired from the Air Force after 20 years service. I was raised in Cleveland, went to Bradley High in 1968; spent a couple of nights in jail, became a pool player and went to Cleveland during 69. I was going to be a basketball player. I ended up in the military without a highschool diploma, any common sense and no discipline. The one thing I had was my home town people were decent. We were neighbors. Some had a little more than others but that is good. Nothing wrong with incentive. When I experienced the true hell of cowards in this town now; I am empty. How can society let this happen to our loved ones? It is an absolute disgrace to our integrity.

Don't wait for the next life, people. Take your town back.
You owe it to your future generations.
If you don't fight the corruption it willspread like a cancer and you'll soon have nowhere left to go that's not ruined.
Not in this lifetime, anyway.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Scorpio

Be careful how you handle a certain someone today because their mood is little short of incendiary. They'll jump down your throat if you dare to disagree with them, and then accuse you of being a wimp if you decide that it would be better to agree with everything they say. You can't win! If they really get on your wick, you'll have to give them a piece of your mind, even if it is supposed to be the season of goodwill to all men. Huh!
