Tom Mills in Jennnings owner of Hwy 99 auction is a nonregistered sex offender, He got a 5 year suspended sentence for raping his own blood daughter from age 5 until 14 years old. He is still very much a threat and should definitely be on the registered list. His daughter was not the only time he ever molested. He is a sick puppy!!!

What would getting married or not have to do with anything???

He has a builtin child (in his head) she is 30 years younger than him. 10 years younger than his own children.
