I raised a Coyote from a baby ..... eyes were not opened.

It was a male. It was smarter than the dogs. Wiley was his name, of course.

Well, Wiley grew up to be a full grown animal. He ran loose with the dogs here on the Farm (Kentucky). Early on, he was on the bottom of the pecking order...ended up on top! Even though he was fed very good, he still liked to eat a grasshopper or bug... or a mouse!

He learned what the sound of a "pop top" ....beer, coke, etc... he would come to the person that opened the drink and beg for a drink. Pour a little in a dog bowl and he lapped it down.

One morning I looked out the kitchen window and he had 4 one gallon jugs of windshield washer in the back yard. He had carried them one at a time from an out-building about 100 feet away.

Another time, he dragged my 100 foot commercial extension cord into the back yard from the same building ...... must have worked all night doing it.

He liked to sleep on high places ... top of my car. He would greet us as we drove up the drive-way by leaping up on the hood of the car as it was moving...... the stories go on and on!

When he got about 19 months old, he began to hike his leg...... dry hiking at first. Then in about three weeks he disappeared. Four days later, we got a call from a man about five miles away. We went and got Wiley ..... next morning, he left again and we have not seen nor heard from him since.

He is wearing a bright orange collar with a Green Tennis Ball on the bottom!

True story!.... Wiley R.I.P., April 2004 to December 2005 or maybe he is still alive!

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Leo

If you're worried about running up big debts in what is usually one of the most expensive months of the year, start keeping a running total of how much money you've spent so far. You might have to restrict the amount you spend on Christmas presents, or make other savings in order to stay within your budget, but you realize the folly of ending up severely out of pocket.
