I am trying to locate a friend of mine by the name of Lisa Lineberry. She lived in Knoxville, TN and I need to get in touch with her. If anyone can help or let her know about this post it would be appreciated. A close friend of ours recently passed away and I wanted to let her know and just want to catch up on life in general. I was told that she had moved back to the Clearwater or St Pete area.

If your Lisa Lineberry was born in '58, raised in Orlando, then I can give you information.
Lisa died in October of '04 in CA. She is survived by her daughter, Toni Clemens. |

I'm so hoping it's a different Lisa Lineberry than the one I've been looking for. I've been doing searches for her on and off for the past few years, and the thought that she might have died makes me nauseous.
The Lisa I'm looking for was at one time a social worker, had red hair and was the kindest, sweetest, funniest person I ever met. Unfortunately, she also did have a daughter named Toni and was raised in Orlando, so I'm afraid it has to be the same person. Can you tell me why she was in California and how she died? It's still just inconceivable. |

I'm sorry -- That's Lisa. I grew up with her in College Park, a little neighborhood in Orlando. I don't know why she was currently in CA, but I do know that she died of some unusual complications subsequent to bariatric surgery. My understanding is that there was a problem with her medication.
I can agree with you about how wonderful Lisa was. She was one of the most talented, vibrant people I've known. |
