My husband and I are retired and looking for a home in rural California for an affordable price. Our son and his partner live in Santa Rosa. We see homes in Cobb that meet our desire for a quiet retirement home. We are now living in the Bible Belt Midwest and find attitudes difficult to handle. How are newcomers accepted in a place like Cobb?
