Animal Control! They are charging citizens $85.00 per feral cat that they drop off at the police station. That is outrageous. The county did not charge anything. Now I guess we have to kill the feral cats or drop them off somewhere else. The City of Clearlake better fix this or maybe we should get ALL new city council members who will be about sanity.

I say they start at the admin level and work their way up.

Maybe some grading of the awful dirt roads might be in order before the rains come and we have to navigate the streams and ponds?
