What the hell does the perdock/Dinius case have to do with this Marijuana issue????

As usual the city council is with out a clue on medical marijuana. Once more they are going to make laws on something they know nothing about. The Clearlake city council are the most do nothing people I have ever seen. Some have been on the council for 29 years. It is time the people of Clearlake elect new council memebers that can see futher than their noses. I blame the voters for re-electing these do nothing people. Break to association between the city council and the good old boys of Clearlake. We need new intelligent people on the city council. Get rid of the brain dead council mebers we now have.

I see a conflict here as a man identifying himself as ****'s husband called me the evening of January 1, 2009, 8:15 PM and threatened to "beat you up with the help of my buddy Rod Mitchell" as I had commented here that I thought she had been fired from the Record Bee given my experience with her.(documented at:http://wearemagic.i8.com )

I wrote a letter to Sheriff Mitchel and Deputy Steven Herdt met with me in my home. I asked that he call on Mr. Larson to explain to him that such threats were felonies. He went away, but did not call back to tell me that he had which is SOP in law enforcement when handling threats.

The point is that there is a claimed close relationship between the Larson's and Mr. Mitchell and indicated by what I have seen not being able to prosecute such to my satisfaction in this county. This is the fourth such matter.

I think we need some sweeping changes here and more professional people in positions of responsibility. It is sad that this county has become a joke. It hurts all of us.

should have had a lot of those when city incorporated and during establishment of Redevelopment Plan, at least city wouldn't look like a 3rd world county after nearly 25 years with nothing to show for all of that wasted resource. This council still don't get it...I truly believe it is the mindset of the electors! What about you?
