2. clear idnetifycation of person (S).
3. set up video camera. you know what do!
4. gather your information for approximatley 3 weeks.
track how many of the same vehicles are return customers.
5. gather all you info then walk drive skip , get to drug task force then hand them your evidence.
6. oh yah if make a double tape should and say should law enforcement drop the ball and loss the tape, always have back-up.
7. and be good samertiy don't ask to be paid.
8. this is all for the childrens future.
9. after they go away in cuffs, pat yourself on the back and leave it at that.
10. now go on to next neighborhood you see that has drug dealers and repeat process!
