Among those who testified was Tyler, who said Edmonds tried force her to take pills and write a suicide note last summer.

On the stand Tuesday, Edmonds denied trying to kill Tyler, saying she was suicidal after hearing news reports on the Hughes case.

"Did you tell her that if she didn't take all the pills that you'd find another way to kill her?" Hanlon asked.

"Why would I say that? I love her. I did love her," Edmonds said.

Hanlon asked whether Tyler was a truthful person.

"In my opinion? She's a liar," Edmonds said.

O WOW and He's not getting charged with Sales, Contributing to MInor, Child Endangerment, Neglect ETC???? WTF is going on....

Edmonds testified that he has provided teens as young as 14 with marijuana, and gave one teen marijuana to sell. He denied an accusation that he bragged about how police seized 2.7 pounds of the drug from his home but failed to find more than 10 pounds he had stashed.

Hmm..... ok, NOW i know why CPD is looking for "A few Good Dogs", cause...ya know, the one they had...couldn't find all of it? LOL!

Judging from the direction this case is headed our great Flake County DA needs to charge somebody else with murder lets see maybe Dinius.
