Manufacturing and Possession of a Controlled Substance
On Sunday, February 1, 2009, Deputy Adam Woodruff of Latimer County received a narcotics search warrant signed by Judge Welch of the 16th District for the residence of Dustan Pollock of Tuskahoma, Oklahoma, located in Latimer County, Oklahoma. Deputy Woodruff and Under Sheriff, Matt Bohn arrived at the residence of Dustan Pollock at 8:48 p.m. and found Pollock next to a red Chevrolet pick up truck in the driveway of his residence. Under Sheriff Bohn secured Pollock as Sheriff Woodruff secured the residence. Under Sheriff Bohn reported he could smell a strong chemical odor from inside the vehicle Dustan Pollock was standing next to. Dustan Pollock was then advised by Sheriff Woodruff that Pollock had a search warrant for his residence, a warrant for his arrest for domestic abuse from Latimer County and a warrant for his arrest for failure to appear in court in Pittsburg County. Dustin Pollock was read his Miranda Rights when Mr. Pollock asked for a lawyer. The search began in the red Chevy pick up with a 20 ounce Coca Cola bottle found that contained inside a reddish chemical mixture that had a solid substance settled at the bottom, the lid to the bottle had a clear plastic tube attached to the top with a strong chemical smell. At the end of the plastic tube was a powder residue that field tested for methamphetamines along with an Ozarka bottle that contained an unknown chemical solvent. The search continued under the hood of the truck where two small plastic baggies were found containing a white powder substance that field tested for methamphetamines, coffee filters, a bottle of iodine, tin foil with residue that field tested of methamphetamines, a plastic baggie that contained a white crystal substance, other containers with powder residues and a black tube smoking device that contained a white powder residue. Also found inside the pick up registered to Robin Pollock, Dustan’s wife, were items that correctly identified Dustan Pollock and his place of residency. A storage room that had an entrance to the master bedroom was searched and many items were found used in a makeshift lab such as Muriatic Acid, Acetone, Drain Cleaner, Red Phosphorus flares, many other solvents and more documents proving the residency of Mr. Pollock. Inside the master bedroom was a gun cabinet full of firearms and ammunition. A search for any to be stolen firearms was done and stolen firearms from Pittsburg County were reported by the NCIC computer program. A fully loaded firearm was found in the kitchen area. Upon running Dustan Pollock’s criminal record, a report was brought up that Mr. Pollock pleaded guilty on February 13, 2004, on the charge Endeavor/Conspire to Deliver/Manufacture/Possess Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 10 years with a felony conviction. The pick up was seized with all the other items found in the search. Dustan Pollock was detained February 3, 2009 and has a preliminary hearing conference set with his attorney no later than February 16, 2009. His bail is $75,000.

It is not correct, Tuskahoma is in Pushmataha county It could be the fellow's residence is actually located in Latimer County but is served by the Tuskahoma postal service code which is in Push county. Tuskahoma is very close to the Latimer country line.

Just wondering- I live in Yanush but have to have a Tuskahoma zip code because we do not have a post office so, the info is not necessarily incorrect.
