So I lived all my life in Cape Vincent... and Wolf Island wasen't that much to look at anyways. I sleep fine to the wind blowing through all the trees and the waves crashing on shore... I've come to relize the majoraty of people who complain only live in Cape 3 months out of the year. But to judge the picture... I don't know what ruined it most, the windmills or the crooked utility poles...

Oh! maybe your assestment needs to be more equal, that river propertry was a bargin years ago and take your 90% with you.
