I came to Clayton in 1962, lived there until 1985.Three of my four children graduated from high school there! I would not have raised my children ANYWHERE else!! This was a very close knit town, people helped one another! so sorry to hear such bad things about such a wonderful small town!

The only thing I loved in this town was a lady named mary she worked at the Eklund,she was the most wonderful person in the whole town she took care of me when I was sick and hurt she always tended to my needs no matter what,when I moed from there i asked her to come live with me and start new but she declined,Hi Mary I MISS you Hope you are well always RICK.
