ok 90 days until we're at the bottom of conservation (or being able to draw water) What do we do at 60 days or 30 days. Level 5 drought conservation which will have to be created means what shutting down industry. What about all the people laid off from that. I know when the public has no job and no school to send the kids to, the reality will hit and oh boy what a frenzy it will create. At what point specifically will schools begin closing? 60 days: 45 days:

Governor Bob Riley of Alabama, Georgia's (neighbor)to the west, has gone on record as opposing Georgia Governor Perdue's request that more than half the state be declared a disaster area and thus become eligible for federal assistance.
It turns out the Alabaman covets a lion's share of Metro Atlanta's water supply in order maintain operation of a humongous nuclear power plant. We in Georgia note that Alabama has yet to impose water restrictions on its residents and businesses. I say let Georgia keep its water and let those folks from Alabama to freeze in the dark during the coming winter. |

Too funny.... While I agree AL and FL should be doing more from a conservation perspective, I have to laugh at your comments. First off, many of the rivers that feed Georgia and subsequently AL and FL do not originate in Georgia.... so by your logic, Tennessee should just cut off their supply to Georgia. Second off, shutting down the output on Lanier and/or Allatoona would cripple our own industries.... and water supplies, as a large part of the water used for Atlanta does not come directly out of Lanier/Allatoona, but rather from the rivers coming out of those lakes, below the lakes..... As for water to supply AL nuclear plant, if industry is your issue, explain your position on the new fossil fuel plant that will be starting up in May, taking 20Mil gallons a day out of, take a guess, the Chattahoochie river.... |

I have heard of companies that specialize in weather modification, one specifically is rain generation!
You absolutely have to contact these firms, you have nothing to lose by employing a firm who would except the payment upon completion of the project! Or with a retainer with full payment at the end! Our country has been studying this since the 50s, so the technology is out there! There is great information on this site http://www.weathermod.com/ And these people specialize in rain generation http://www.rainengineering.com/ I've seen the tapes of their experiments with my own eyes. Its the real deal! thanks and God Bless. |

check the power plants output levels over the last 6 years. the water levels required for supporting these will be directly proportional! follow the money $$$
