I dont judge. When people flaunt it like you its not judging. It is plain to be seen. You and whoever else believes in gays will have to answer for it. I wont say anything else to you about this. ITS really to embarassing to reply to a gay lover. YUK.

You are judging people because of the way they choose to live their lives. You want to get on here, and talk about how it makes you sick to see these teachers "flaunt" their sexuality around, but would you get on here and say the same thing about somebody who was straight for "flaunting" their relationships in public? What you, and some of the others are doing here on this forum is gay bashing. Gay Bashing is a form of bullying. And considering you're doing it on the internet, it is a form of cyber bullying - which is against the law in many states (including WV). Although I don't think you are meaning to bully anyone, I do think that you are being hypocritical when you say "I don't judge", because that is exactly what you are doing

Nobody cares about your rights. I'm not gay but I do not believe in judging anybody. What does it matter how you feel , it's not your life. That's what is wrong with the world everyone is so worried about everyone else's business .

Common sense would tell you that judging people is wrong. It is no more right to judge people for their sexual orientation than it is to judge them for the color of their skin. It has nothing to do with the "lack of morals or values".....it simply comes down to the fact that you are scared of people that are different than you. The world is changing, and apparently you are afraid to change with it. We can argue about this all day, but neither one of us is going to change the others mind. The fact of the matter is, is that this topic was started by someone who apparently felt the need to try to start up a lynch mob to go after the teachers who are gay/lesbian/bi who teach our children in the Clay County School system. Some of these teachers do a damn good job at teaching our children....some better than the straight teachers. I would much rather have a lesbian/gay/bi teacher, teaching my children, than have somebody who is not only strung out on drugs, but is a supposed "cook". You really need to question who you would rather have looking after your children in school - somebody who is caring, alert and loves their job or somebody who could care less about what the children are doing, coming in the classroom smelling of dangerous chemicals and is nowhere near as alert as they need to be to deal with children because they've been up for 3 or 4 days completely "geeked" out of their mind. Common sense, my friend, tells you which answer is the correct one - despite how you feel about it

I wouldnt want a gay person or a drug head to teach my kids. If you know about the druggie teachers you should report them.

We have reported the "druggie" teachers & apparently nothing has been done. And it's more than just some of the teachers that are strung out on drugs too - so are some of the bus drivers & janitors. Do they even drug test school personnel now?

OK. Here's how I see this...
1. No one on here is talking about the law. Only "beliefs."
You see, the Freedom of Religion that we all hold so dearly as Americans also has its pitfalls. The freedom of religion means that we can "believe" what ever we want to and don't have to accept every religious belief out there. That ultimately breeds disagreement among the people because everyone's "belief" systems are different. Sexual orientation falls into this category because a lot of people do not share that "belief" that it is ok to be gay based on their religious background. But the people that don't embrace homosexuality (I am one of those) don't have to. It is our right. There are a lot of religions that I don't embrace either and that's ok because it's my God-given right as an American to practice what ever religious beliefs I want to practice. But, if the BOE hires a teacher that is of a different religion than me, I have NO RIGHT to put up a fight about that because they, too, share the same religious freedom that I have.
This also applies to sexual orientation. Although I do not support or agree with homosexuals and their lifestyles, the LAW allows them to practice whatever lifestyle they want. As far as teachers and drugs go, the LAW CLEARLY STATES that drugs are illegal, so we parents truly have a right to protest that and we should by all means report any information pertaining to that. I, for one, teach my children that homosexuality is not something that I believe is ok, and that heterosexuality is my choice of lifestyle and most importantly, I teach my children this because they have a right to know that they can believe whatever they want because they still live in the United States of America. No one has to accept homosexuality, but everyone has to respect the law on that. As of right now, it's not illegal. But you cannot hire or fire a teacher based on religion or sexual orientation, it's just illegal no matter what anyone believes. Our system of government is still based on separation of Church and State, and I'm glad it is. But that also means that NOBODY can dictate the religious beliefs of another person, including sexual orientation based on what the Bible says.
2. Two gay people using the excuse of being in love and claiming that others are jealous is absurd. Gay people also have to accept that their beliefs are just different than the majority of Clay county. Being in love has nothing to do with it. Child molesters often truly "love" the children they molest and feel like that gives them a right to do what they do. Bull Crap! The LAW says no, you can't have sex with a child and everyone accepts that as final.
3. Moral or religious judgment of others is not the issue. The issue is the law, and as of right now, the law allows same-sex relationships and NO ONE can be hired or fired on that basis.
4. My moral and religious beliefs that I practice every day of my life as an American include heterosexuality and that is my right and I will not give it up. But I will respect the law, and homosexual people will not intimidate me to change my mind. I teach my children not to hate them, but to be brave enough to stand up for what they believe as individuals as long as they respect the law.
5. My family and I are able to work, go to school, and live in communities that have people from all walks of life and religious backgrounds. Homosexuals are no different. While I do not embrace that lifestyle, I will exist peacefully around them. This is the USA and that's how we do things here and I am still proud of that.

I can understand what you are saying but I know by experience that the law, judges welfare lawyers school teachers ect. are not always right either. Even tho they are in control they are usually wrong more than they are right.
