The Mill (The Sugar Mill)

How long is this bar gong to be open?? The owner was denied a license for her character amongst other things. Now this nice little town has to deal with people urinating on the streets, beer cans and bottles littering main street. You would think the bar owner would not be so lazy and leave this stuff laying around. Now you can read on the Nebraska Liquor Commission web site that she got caught serving alcohol after hours, selling after hours and selling to an intoxicated person. This goes on quite often at this bar, you can hear the jukebox all the way across town all hours of the night and morning. A man wrecked his pickup after leaving the bar at 1 am, and had to have a search party look for hime do to her negligence and wanting to make money instead of being cautious of peoples lives. Then this week she done the same thing again, selling to an intoxicated man who fell while leaving the bar and cut an artery in his wrist and lay on the street for hours bleeding, all so that she can get that extra dollar in her pocket. I say close the bar down until the owner can take some responsibility for her actions and learn to treat everyone with the respect they deserve! Enough of breaking the law. SHUT HER DOWN FOR GOOD!

Gee Roger, you sure know a her and her business considering your address is Lincoln, half way across the state from Deweese. How do you know what goes on "quite often" unless you frequent the establishment yourself quite often? You are either irresponsibly writing down rumors, or else you need to give it up and find a bar closer to home.

"roger" may not necessarily live in Lincoln! It is the address of the service provider! So do you live in "Winnebago" NE? If so HOW do YOU know what goes on?? Get a life...

I've known "Guitar Girl" for a number of years. As with any person owning a bar you want to make money at it. after all, you're risking your own time and money in something you love. No bar owner is responsible for people urinating in the streets, littering, drunking driving and walking, or the idiots complaining about it. As far as someone with a cut artery bleeding for hours??? who's the one needing to get a life??? Keep it up girl !!!
