tyler needs to get his mind straight. are you for or against mr.harrison? i know we don't need some people like tyler and tina who has no kids in school running things. tyler wants to keep everything going towards to bank for tina i feel the board needs to rethink things rather than judge mr.harrison for the things every one eles screws up.

Exactly! Mr. H has written several grants for the school and obtained things that other schools this size are not getting. You should be thankful that he knows the financial end of things and is doing Clarkton students right!

She got tired of all the gossiping and backstabbing these little towns are infamous for, found a job that paid better, and took it. Grow some guts, and spit this crap in person, and see what you get.

There are mistakes made at schools. Just like there are all over the place. I think not having a certain routine of taking care of business and people not sure of what their job titles and responsibilities are is the main cause of distrust. Grants are written for things that never work properly, and sometimes people using the technology are given a chance to provide some input into it. We bought tables for kids and then couldn't get the software needed to for it to be used....so there has been money wasted---it happens all the time.....just doesn't seem to have enough checks and balances to make sure things are going to be feasible. That is where I see a problem....and another big factor.....is why the heck can't anyone at the school admit to making a mistake??????? That would go a long way.
Not having relatives who are the checks and balances would be wonderful. If my brother messes up...I don't want to blame him....so I'm going to lay the blame off somewhere else. It's human nature to do that....so you just don't provide an opportunity for it to happen.

Philip has made his share of mistakes...he didn't start out trying to hurt the school. He has the best interest of the school at heart, but sometimes he forgets that other people want to be a part of the decision making===and he thinks that he can do it better than everyone else....so he does---and then it doesn't work out--he can't admit he was wrong.....it's never his fault.......and that is where his biggest problem lie. He works so hard to try and prove that he is so much smarter than everyone.....just by chosing the words that he uses. He tries to use a fancy vocabulary so people will think he is smart---but what it ends up doing is making people feel like he is trying to talk down to them. He needs to adjust the vocabulary for the crowd that he is speaking to. It is easier to understand and people like to be spoken to in plain speak that is forthright and not sarcastic.
Even though I've said all this about Philip....I do think he tries hard for the school and he is trying to make good decisions---and I see him mature more and more every year. So, I say cut him slack, and give him the benefit of the doubt.
