12dailypro.com is an advertising service not a ponzi.Stormpay needs to maake contact with all the accounts they have frozen and apologize for their stupidity and re-instate the use of their accounts

This is NOT True..The are being hacked which is why they're up and down so much..They were ORDERED by the feds to close those sites..They didn't want to do it, they had NO choice!!

I could not agree with Ted more. If I had not lost all of my money in this stormpay scam I would go to Tennessee with the others that are filing lawsuits against stormpay. They have done a lot of people harm and taken away a lot of hope for better days.

Yes, I agree. Their actions have been nothing less than suspect. To freeze individuals` accounts with no explanation is highly suspect and likely illegal.
There is a website set up with detailed information on Stormpay and NetIBA`s principals - turns out to be the same person - plus complaint info from the TN BBB. Also about an individual`s lawsuit in progress against Stormpay (dated back to last Sept.).

Is that a joke? I was never a victim of 12dp, or any other program who's account sp closed at the end of the week. I was paid every time by all of them. I was however a victim of sp, as I did not get any or the payments I was to receive thurs/fri due to THEM pulling this stunt.

Everyone who can should call this number, give them your name, and LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD! Let them know how serious this is. Stormpay is basically turning out to be the ENRON of the internet and if all else fails WE WANT TO SEE STEVE GIRSKY AND ALL HIS FLUNKIES BEHINDE BARS FOR A LONG TIME! This is one of the first steps to accomplish that goal. So call this number 1-888-245-7621. When the automated voice answers press 8 then press 1. That'll get you to Detective's office I talked to. Theyll take your name and number and tell you that the detective assigned to the case will get in touch with you on Monday. We want that detective to see hundreds......thousands, of names on that list if possible to let them know the severity of this. Some of you guys who live overseas this is were you guys can join in the fight. Make the call! That number again:

Obviously you don't know what you are talking about. The sites were not shut down by sp, sp froze their accounts. Most of these sites are still running just fine, they simply said to hell w/ sp and removed them as a payment processor ad kept egold, etc. I am a member of a lot of surfs, and 95% percent fo them are operating just fine without sp. Oh, and to date none of tem have been investigated by the Feds, lol. Are u a member of any of these sites? I didn't think so dear.

Stormpay has indeed, without provocation or 'fed' order--frozen hundreds of thousands memebrs' accounts..and have threatened many with deletion of accounts for just 'speaking out'. This is in direct violation of free speech.

They have never shown any document proving this outside federal agency has made them freeze accounts. When agencies do this--they MUST show warrants to seize, freeze, or do anything that results in frozen assets.

Something needs to be done--they have no right to make up claims & hold millions of dollars hostage!

Jennifer, How do you know this about Stormpay? Do you have inside information? Do you work for them or the Feds? If what you say is true why didn't they put this information to the sites before 12 DailyPro requested a large withdrawal to pay their EMO customers. That seems to be about the time all the autosurfs were denied access to their funds.

Face it, they couldn't handle the temptation of millions of other peoples dollars not being their own.

Did anyone notice that if you have less than 5 dollars on your stormpay account, you CAN'T withdraw the money (via check)???$25 if you want a direct deposit.
With no one getting paid since the froze all those accounts, there're are going to be thousands of people that are going to have to leave their small balances on their accounts.... imagine that 2-3 bucks x 1000's .... that's a lot of money they're going to keep.... unless of course you want to deposit enough money to have over 5 dollars and then withdraw the full amount, but off course you still have to pay them 3% of what you deposited. pretty nice SCAM hu?
