Stormpay Freezes ACCOUNTS

I am a stormpay customer who has paid them for services. Yesterday they froze ALOT of peoples accounts causing them not being able to spend or receive money. WITH NO WARNING!!!!! There has been an FTC report on this from several of upset customers. To learn more you can read thru the stormpay forums. They havent answered my emails and now my account with them is negative (hundreds of dollars) when they already got paid. I am not able to delete my credit card or even change the info. This is awful.

I am also customer who his been paying stormpay for services yesterday they froze all the Danish accounts

Stormpay has done this without warrent! Now they are trying to cover their own tracks. They are the real crooks here.

How are they covering their tracks? I am from out of state.

I am one of the millions of stormpay users who is unable to get their money returned.

Stormpay is saying that they are looking out for the best interest of the public by shutting down what they beleive to be illegal surfing sites. However, they are not the judge and jury and should not be able to make that decision on their own. Also, they are in a legal situation called fiduciary bailment where they take care, custody and control over another's belongings - in this case money. Therefore, from a legal standpoint, they have more of a duty to protect that money and get it to the rightful owners than most organizations. They are basically a simplified bank, but are acting as a blackmailer, hostage taker, judge and jury. They are ruining the lives of millions of people and tens of thousands of companies. They need to be prosecuted fully!

Ted has it down pat...they have to be severely punished....and account to every member whose life has been turned upside down.

There are reports in several forums that Stormpay has burned down and/or packed up and moved out. Does anyone here know if there is any truth in this?

Stormpay has taken money which is not rightfully theirs. Let's join our hands to pray and hope this Stormpay's management die terribly.....

Stormpay has froze all merchant accounts leaving many people the only option to file bankruptcy.

Steve Girsky and John McConnell are the scammers behind stormpay.com . They are in the process of pocketing millions of $'s that does not belong to them.
Beware, DO NOT get taken by scampay like thousands of others.

Netiba and sp are registered to the same man, yet sp claims on their site to be certified by THIRD party netiba. That's like saying your mama certifies you. They are crooks. Netiba is another way for them to scam 19.99 a year off their members, it's a joke. Has anyone actually ever had netiba call them to phone verify them?

Yes. They called me to complete the verification process. This does not make them any less of a scam however

Stormpay embezzeled every penny from its customer. Beginning from the merchants and individuals. Their entire StormPay ring of sites from the pay processing to the auction section is not accessible at all. They are pulling more than an ENRON here. Such scam bags need to be locked up with the dogs.

When this all started I took out my 1200 I had in there I hope it gets to my account I dought it will but just last week I took out 1000 and it hit my bank account I hope it does. I am calling my credit card company and telling them the money I put in November they took and are holding it

I hope both the people behind these unfounded actions get all that's coming to them - in spades.

i would like stormpay to prove that they have the funds and or assest to cover the 400 million they have frozen.

I think if they want to stop all the rumors about them this should be easy. I dont think they have the funds and I think this is only a delay game, so they can try to get it.

I think if the media don't pick up on this story about stormpay they will be sorry.

Storm Pay has frozen every account I have money in, wouldn't answer help tickets, and I am hoping that what little I had in there and tried to with draw actually hits my account. Here is the link to Clarksville newpaper ~ let's make this front page news.

I Deposited $500 from my Credit Card,This was to invest with 12dayPro ,and just before they decided to freeze all the accounts ,i have asked for them to Credit back the $500 4days ago ,have sent a ticket every day about this and still no reply. I am disgusted with Storm Pay. THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY !!
