Peter is one of the few in the upper echelons of elected government who seems beholden to no one. He does what he thinks is right for the State...sometimes crossing party lines...sometimes pissing both sides off. He's his own man and his motivation seems to be making Maryland a better place...not maintaining the status quo

Franchot is unabashedly liberal and spends much of his paid time advancing an agenda I disapprove. Campbell appears well qualified and better represents my point of view.
