Judge it!
Mine never reached near the advertised 800 degrees at the point of the tip. It was worthless for melting old lead on one of my faulty guitar volume pot. Fact is, the only thing that melted was the white plastic surrounding the tip. SCAM...
Now let's go to The Source and let's buy a 'real' soldering iron...
