Alone with Wal-Mart It is well documented. They created the problem you need to address the problem were it is. Vote out the local officials, including the police chief. And install people whom enforce the Law. Bumper stickers campaine. Do not buy mexican products, buy none of there food, hire none of them, And do not buy from people whom employee any mexicans. You have to hit them in the pocket book.
