The market won't crash in Cache Valley, and it won't be that bad, but it is definitely feeling the effects of the "storm". If you bought a house last summer, you probably won't be able to get as much out of it as you payed for it. See more stats at http://loganrealestate.blogspot.com

There are more homes on the market in Cache County than there has ever been. Sellers are having to drop prices just because there is so much competition. http://www.realestatelogan.com
