How can it be a vegetarian restaurant when the whole idea is a bunch of bull?

This is obviously not a restaurant meant to serve the working people who have jobs or do business in what was once the industrial park.

I for one cannot wait to try this restaurant.
It will be a new experience to try the Nebraska
style of vegetarian meals. Almost all who promote
the vegetarian cuisine try to copy a "meat dish"
with there own imagination . Some interesting concepts have emerged with this attempt. However
forget all about the "meat" and just enjoy the new combination of flavor that should provide you
an enjoyable meal--- Steve ( don't pay any attention to my logo , it's just a cover.)
