I can't prove anything yet but I will be trying. I saw an out of town car get pulled over by the clarindas finest police near the square,it didn't look like they did anything wrong so I waited to talk to the ppl. they told me the police said they was doing 32 mph but their speedo said 25?! Well about 30 minutes later I seen another out of towner and lo and behold they got a traffic award when I caught up with the ppl. I asked them what happened? they told me they was clocked at 32 mph HA . I wonder how many other ppl. coincidently traveled 32 mph through the square that nite???? I thought speed traps went out with Smokey and the Bandit. Someday I will get ahold of the rite office to get some answers that are on the up and up (out of Clarinda)
