Police accused of botching fight probe

The son of a prominent Williamsburg attorney alleged in a lawsuit filed Monday that the James City County Police Department botched its investigation of a June incident in order to protect a police informant.

My daddy's a lawyer....I can do whatever I want!!! Waah-Waah! The ONLY people who feel more entitled than the fifth generation ghetto crowd...is the lawyer crowd! Uh-oh, I critized the watermans...better get my ip address and sue me too!!!

I am curious to find out what proof he has to substantiate the claim. Last I heard if I had two people say it happend this way and one person says it happened differently and no other witnesses it seems pretty open and shut to me. What a frivilous lawsuit, its a shame the city will probably decide that its cheaper to settle out of court than to protect its name.
