45 freaking days and this loser has a LENGTHY CRIMINAL RECORD!!! However, he did pull more time than a snapper usually does!!! This guy has already shown that he has no intention of wanting to be a law-abiding citizen and the system is allowing him to do whatever he wants and get away with it. And this send the message that you can commit crimes and that you will get little or no time so why should losers like him stop being a criminal and that it is easier to steal what he wants instead of buying it? He stole narcotics not Advil and I can see the sentence if he was a first time offender so this piddly ass sentence is a joke. Typical VT! And right after Brooke Bennett's rape and murder, lawmakers promised to change the laws regarding SO's and I have yet to see any of these maggots get any real time, last week I saw one get 4 years, all suspended but 18 months, apparently, this is justice for the young victim. Now he will be out in six and this poor child has been sentenced to a life sentence of fear and pain and likely could become a substance abuser, but as usual, VT thought more of that scumbag than they did the crying child. Now in MI they do put these maggots away for a long time and one last week got 3 consecutive 15-life sentences for rapes of a three year old boy and he is in his 60's so he got a life sentence and he too, has prior convictions and has served a total of 35 years behind bars for many crimes including the rape of another child, now what would have been his sentence in VT? I am guessing 80 days??? So I am sure this loser here is sitting on his bunk laughing about his good fortune and 45 days? Probably be out in 11 for "good behavior"
