I think Mayor Moochie had a good feeling that his son was going to win so that would be a good reason for the Mayor to mooch around town for a couple of drinks.

If the meetings are short,they don't have time to screw things up any more than they are.Surprised Carri{LaRaza)sosa didn't bitch about the checkpoints!!
