Hey everybody want to make some big dough? Go start a cat fight in a Disney line.

Hope Krause gets some nice new wheels for her trailer with the settlement.

Amazing. This lady gets a beat down on the ride at Disney, and now she's trying to take Disney for a ride.

People like keep my faith alive. Bless her gold digging heart.

Wonder if she'll sue Mother Nature if the rain makes her car dirty, causing her emotional pain.

I was for the victim throughout the trial for the beating.

Now she's piling on. I hope she gets brutally OWNED this time by Disney.

Greed is not always good.

Too bad for her the days of joint and several are gone! Even if you buy Disney was at fault, to what degree? You're also going to have the defendant in the criminal suit who will testify that the plaintiff provoked her. The most negligence you'll see leveled against Disney is 10% When you take 10% of even 100k in damages it means the plaintiff's attorney is the only one in line to make any money off this suit.

Who didn't see this coming? Start with the person who allegedly attacked you...then go for the money. It's not Disney's responsibility to police each and every guess. No one has personal accountability anymore. Walker was convicted of battery and that's where it should end. She made the decision to attack someone and should be held accountable. Not Disney. All this does is increase the price of tickets for all of us who go to Disney and have personal responsibility enough not to attack others. And we went last week and it's very difficult to deal with the mass of people there. Another frivilous lawsuit.

This person was not without blame. She would like everyone to think that. My question is, How can Disney prevent a cat fight between two low class people? I sure hope Disney doesn't pay her anything. She certainly doesn't deserve it and I seriously doubt she has permanent injuries.

And what is even more amazing is that her lawyers will manage to seat a gullible jury that will actually give her big bucks. Why is it Disney's fault that 2 women act like immature idiots?? Is Disney expected to have "security" every 10 feet to make sure "adults" act like adults?? Give me a break!

Suing Disney? DISNEY? Ha, lotsa luck!!! I agree with previous posters, Disney can't babysit every lowrent piece of trash that tries to start a fight on their property, and they shouldn't have to.

what disney needs to do is fill the courtroom with every disney character possible in costume, who could find fault against them with sleeping beauty and goofy sitting in the seats.

And people wonder why it cost so much for a day at Disney .... I hope they ban her from all the parks. People like her make it impossible to take a family of low income. Would be nice if she took a trip to Iceland and cooled off.

Give her lifetime tickets to the park therefore we can all enjoy this one at one time or another.
Since when is Disney supposed to put security at the "tea cups" remember it's in FANTASYLAND!!!! Right where this woman lives. Her Husband is suing because she can't sleep with him? Permanent brain damage? yet didn't she testify? Wow this is such a joke

This will be an interesting case to watch- hope the sentinel keeps us informed. Cast Members are not allowed to physically take hold of anybody. Furthermore, EVEN security cast members are not allowed to take hold of anybody. The only person allowed to take hold of anybody at the park during an altercation is Orange County Sheriff's department staff.

So given the current rules that are in place there is absolutely no way the fight at the teacups could have been broken up by any member of the Disney Staff. About the most we can do is say in a loud voice, "Please stop.....oh do please stop....you're not being very nice hitting that person....ohhhhhh do stop." If the jury finds in favor of the woman I guess Disney has to unleash us and allow cast members to pound away on people violating the rules.

The lawyer probably took this case on a contingency basis. No recovery - no attorney fees. If lawyers wouldn't accept cases like this (looking to line their own pockets), the court system wouldn't be so clogged up.

This woman is just trying to make a quick buck. She probably was the one who started the fight. She probably did cut the line with her brats. I hope she dosen't get one dime.
