Child-abuse allegations against dad shatter life of luxury

Well, if the nanny has a video of what happened, it's not just her word against his. Esp. if this is the second complaint? But I can see the way this story will be slanted; look at the headline, he's been "shattered." Well,'scuse me, but I don't feel any pity whatsoever for anyone who abuses kids, no matter who they are or how much money they have. I save MY pity for their young victims.

Kids are better off here then in Guatamala, right?

I just don't understand why anyone would go to the trouble and expense of adopting if they are going to abuse the children. That's crazy.

the abuser is not just the dad . its both dad and doctor mother. she protected and enabled him by firing the nannys. his shenanigans may be just the prelims for when she gets off her job. that house may look like the WWW at night with flying bodies. maybe its a stress reliever for both.

No you are not right. Abuse is horrible and no one especially children deserve it. These two bums need to be put away for a long time.

If the child had died, the parents would have said "The nanny did it". Good for her for getting it on tape.

What kind of panty waisted liberal judge lets a millionare out on $1000 bond for child abuse? Especially if it's not his first time being accused. Him and his pathetic doctor wife should both be in jail.

Am sure there will be a lot of people giving foster or adoptive parents a hard time because of what some evil adoptive father did to his child. We for one, adore our children, biological, adopted and foster, they are all precious to us.This family should not be allowed to have children in their home. We have a physically abuse one year old from Guatamala in our home, I shutter to think of him going back to his family this summer, he had brain damage done to him at the hands of people that are suppose to love and protect him. Their attitude to the judge, in court was, we have children to take care of us in our old age. Woner how they'd feel if he turns the tables on them in their old age.

And how do you explain away the statement by the child that
"Dad" threw him across the room?

Nanny is probably blackmailing the family. They call her bluff and fire the nanny. The nanny then goes to the media hoping to get revenge.

They need to give that nanny a medal!!! a key to the city, something.

Nanny went to the police with TAPED evidence.

Another example of, If you have money you can get past simple every day rules or in this case adoption policies concerning child abuse allegations.

And I suppose this same blackmailing nanny also arranged for the other nanny to be fired, arranged for "dad" to hit his child in the face with underwear, arranged for "dad" to sit on this child's chest and arranged for it all to be videotaped right? GEEZ will you people THINK before speaking!!!!!!!

To the person questioning her legal status.....what the hell does that have to do with this father abusing this child? And if she were illegal, do you really think she would have gone to the police thereby literally turning herself in? Again, thinking before speaking is customary.
