The Clairfield Basketball teams done get last night beating white oak basketball teams way to go EAGLES

If I recall right, the White Oak girls JV Team beat them 24 to 6....

Yes the JV Girls lost to White Oak....but the other 3 games were well worth that loss! Especially the Varsity Boys winning. That was only their 2cd win of the season and they needed it....especially our 8th graders who are moving on to High School.

Why does some teams play 6th graders in elem {jv} basketball when some teams play by the rules and dont. Sports is all about honesty isnt it?

Sometimes the teams dont have enough players. If it wasnt for playing some of the other players they wouldnt have a team.Its not college..Come on! |

For the record 6th graders are allowed to play both JV and Varsity in Elm school. And if we are talking about rules here, then why don't Frakes play by the rules or most of the refs?

clairfield girls ball team is nothing like it use to be when sarah king and hannah lambdin was on it ....they were da bomb!!!!!!!

You know it is just good fun for the kid's until adult's get in the act. I have never seen such bad spelling or grammer, I think most of you need to go back to school. And by the way Frakes won fair and square, I was there. The kid's seemed to have a good time. Who cares as long as it's about the children.

I wasn't talking about the Frakes game against Clairfield school, I was meaning Jr Pro actually. I should have mentioned that. Sorry. And I think our girls team is pretty good this year. Everyone is handling the ball and working together instead of just 1 or 2.

It is good to see everyone getting to take part not just the two mentioned above. Basketball is a TEAM sport.

So very very very true Eagles Fan! There is no I in TEAM and all the girls and boys deserve to show what they can do on the court. Afterall this is the only sport these kids have around here, they all should get to play, not just play backup to 1 or 2 of the other kids. That is no fun!

I have to agree with ya'll on the girls team being good this year imagine their potential with a little extra practice. They'd be DA BOMB!!!
