Too bad she didn't finish the job. Now this idiot will cost us millions in prison. If I had the chance, I'd still be firing rounds into this bastard.

I surmise she heard the amount of gunfire and concluded that she had to stop him or die trying. She did the right thing

She needs a refresher course on the range. In this situation, she should have emptied all her rounds, center mass to take him out. Now there is a chance this POS can plead insanity and live.
In theory, yes. However, no one can predict how they will respond in a code red situation. Pretty hard to shoot perfectly when the adrenaline is is causing you to shake... She displayed great bravery by anyone's standard!

The terrorists won this battle. Their hero killed 13 and wounded 38. Our hero shot one and paralyzed him, costing us millions in future medical bills as he rots away in jail.

The word "hero" has been diluted to the absurd in recent years. This carelessly assigned designation has been wrongfully applied from athletes who carry a ball across a field to warbling amateurs on American Idol.

Kimberly Munley is the authentic article.

This woman fits the true definition of a hero.

She knowingly and willingly put her life in immediate, open danger to save the lives of others AND stood her ground even when she knew she was wounded.

This is true character. This is a genuine HERO.

Bravo and blessings to you for a quick recovery, Kimberly.

Yep, a hero. Perhaps selected military personnel could carry on bases except for those deemed sane by Muslim pyschiatrists.

Perhaps it is time to revisit the idea of internment camps for the duration of the battle against Islamist Extremism. This highly trained [at taxpayer expense] "doctor" may well have been a sleeper agent his entire adult life. Just waiting for the opportunity to wreak havoc. He evidently felt that the time had come.
