I am wondering why when a school levy passes its placed on a homeowners property taxes, I understand that. My question is after that passing year why doesn't our home taxes lower again until another levy passes?
After passing a school levy our property taxes never lower.. Why is that? I honestly want to believe every parent wants their child to have the best education possible, but at this day and time its hard to keep our heads above water.. Circleville offers Min. Wage paying jobs and we are LUCKY to find them. Bring better paying jobs to this town and I could afford the Levy's |

I moved to Circleville 10 years ago, my property taxes have doubled during this time. PLUS an income tax. The Columbus suburbs used to have high taxes, but, Circleiville is now higher. I had a couple of friends who wanted to move down here, but, have changed their minds due to CRAZY HIGH taxes.
