Why didn't they pass a levy to actually help put some running passenger trains back in?

Amtrack already has passenger service based at Union Terminal which is part of the building the Museum Center is in.

I just think it's ironic that the same people who seem to be opposing trains voted to pay more for a train museum.

Didn't Cinci just stop some kind of critical riverfront stop on th3 3-C project?
