STEVEN LIBMAN, Director of the Carmel Indiana PAC Carmel-PALLADIUM, was FORCED to "RESIGN" yesterday, July 29th, 2011!! Libman had just signed a $7,000,000 "iron-clad" contract for the next five years as the Director of the CARMEL-Indiana-PALLADIUM!! Carmel Indiana's CITY HALL said Libman was NOT doing any real fund-raising for the cash-strapped and heavily-indebted (BROKE) Carmel-PALLADIUM. Carmel Indiana mayor Jim Brainard REFUSES all questions and would NOT take or return phone calls!!

BROKE since early-OCTOBER of 2010?? Grand opening was on January 30th, 2011. Carmel-CRC refuses to open "the books". Carmel-PALLADIUM will not cooperate on opening "it's books" either!!

Now the Carmel-PALLADIUM can't afford to pay it's water and electric bills. MONTHS BEHIND, and NO PAYMENTS on bank loans. Membership falling by 35% and in a tail-spin. Employees just "going through the motions" Morale does not exist. 50% of seats have no one occupying them in performances. AND, NO ONE IS IN CHARGE!! Now what Brainard; now what?
