I beleive his brother, a Mr. Welch killed an eight year old boy in 2002. Mr. Welch has been well known in the party community. Wouldn't be suprised of Mr. Lacy is as well. I noticed one of the newpaper reports shows that this arrest also lead to other investigation or charges. Hmmm wonder what they could be.

I doubt the ever will. Why would they. Mr. Lacey left the kid for dead. An accident is an accident, but leaving a kid for dead is another thing. There is nothing like the thought of your child laying in the ditch like road kill. What do you think the devastation of the other people who saw all this happen feel. Mr Don Juan, it makes me think you are either related or one of Mr. Lacey's party friends or you might have some kind tendancies that makes one think you want to defend this behavior. Frankly, either is dispicable.
