Just give him life period..While hes in there no tv,computer or any other privileges. Also just give him bread and water.Maybe if we would treat people like him like criminals we would have less of them..

This trial is such a waste of time and money. But that's how our court system works...gotta keep the paychecks flowing.

If there's one instance the death penalty is warranted, wouldn't it be this hateful man?? Can we consider him a mass murderer, maybe??

Why have a trial for this guy,Just have a public hanging outside by the Blue Cross Arena. It would be alot cheaper and the rope could be provided thru donations.

Nothing but a WASTE OF TIME.
I'd rather the media not even cover it, it's over, he's already going to be in jail the rest of his life anyways with the last case, and the evidence even in this case is overwhelming, so who really cares about the case or the guy???

Even though he's already been convicted and getting a life sentence, the surviving members of the Monroe County murders deserve to see Garcia tried and convicted. It will be a way for them to see justice done and get some closure.

The death penalty would be useful here. Instead, we taxpayers get to feed and cloth this guy for the rest of his life.

Exactly!!! He doesn't deserve a trial!!!!
They should point a gun at him in front of his family & pull the trigger just like he did to those poor children who had to watch him murder their parents.
He is a monster! Just look at news photos - look of anger and rage in every single one!!! COLD BLOODED KILLER!!!!!!!
The really SAD, PATHETIC part, his family still thinks he's a nice guy!!!!!!!!!! They need phsychiatric help!!!!!!!!!!
HOW CAN THEY LIVE WITH THEMSELVES!!!! A LIFE OF DENIAL FOR THEM.....
