It is an abomination to compare truly educated citizens of Church Point with those who cannot spell in the year 2009. As a 1977 graduate of Church Point High, and a college graduate of The School of Hard Knocks, I have managed to educate myself further with reading and other studies. As I recall, while some of us wanted an education, most blacks slept through class, or were more interested in beating white students a la Jena, La. Yet, today those same blacks will blame those same whites because they cannot spell!! |
