i would just like to state that i never followed him after i turned around to see if i could help the women and he had put her back in the van he pulled out in front of me and begin to drive going twoared moultrie which is where i live then he pulled off the road again and waited for me to come around and thats when he begin to follow me then ha came around me at high rate of speed and drove on almost into berlin and pulled over and waited for me to come by then he begin to follow me again he followed me around in a square in berlin while i waited for the police to come then he tried to run into me at the holiday market then he began to follow me around in a square again in berlin the 911 operater told me to get back out on 133 head twoared moultrie when i did that he turned back the other way and thats when the police pulled him over
