Sheriff's race, several others to be decided Tuesday

I understand that the State Election Officials are in Douglas asking questions about the Election ballots and intimation of voters. I wonder how many people actually had the ballot's counted properly????

somebody told me that the polls in westgreen were down for a couple of hours on election day i really dont know if they were or not but if they was somebody lost some votes because of this.

It would be interesting if there were more votes cast than actually voted. I wonder how you would track something like that??/

Run-off between Jerry and Joe on Aug. 5. If you voted Republican today, you can't vote in the run-off. If you voted Democrat or didn't vote at all, you can vote in the run-off.(But if you voted Democrat today, you can vote Republican in November.)

You won"t have a sheriffs dept with a increased budget of 1.2 Million in 20 months.

How many votes were cast for each candidate in the sheriff's race? I read on topix that 2400 people voted early. Does anyone know where I can get the numbers to analyze?

Someone ought to list information about each candidate on this forum or tell us if there is a website for the candidates. It ought to be an interesting race.

man.just plain ole joe,who would do this county proud as their sheriff.one who wants it right for all of the people.

they may start facing some facts.

The only thing the Pope Administration will be cleaninig out is his office around Dec 31 so a real Sheriff can start.

Look at the stats....they speak for themselves. Coffee Co. is going in the right direction. VOTE POPE!!!!

over 5000 traffic stops in 18 months wow I feel safer. What about real crime anybody remember a 30 million dollar drug operation shut down by White as Sheriff. Oh and dont forget the five he arrested. What happened to them they were in Jail when mr. White left. Oh wait I forgot sheriff pope turned it over to the F.B.I. Wake Up Coffee co. Not one field of dope found in 20 months, I guess Mr white completly eliminated Pot in Coffee Co. We need him Back.

It don't take a person long to see where your heart lies. You speak of Pope's administration cleaning out their office's, I assume Jerry and all of his backers that work for him especially the supervisors. Ever cross your mind that these people that you are hoping lose their jobs have family to support. I don't know who you are but that is pretty cold hearted. P.S. are you a gambling person? If you are so sure of this you might could pick up some easy bucks.
