is the area around the oviedo bowling center and 419 oviedo a ghetto?
and does anyone know the name of the area
and i have seen drug activity there has any one else noticed this

That area is formally known as J-Hill. Parks grocery back when i was in Middle school used to be the big hangout during the day and night. I do know many people have been shot and killed at that area. Drug and Crime is high in that area as its an all black area. I have lived my whole life in Oviedo, 23yrs since birth and I have driven my car through those neighborhoods ONCE and ONCE only. It was enough for me.
