Disgusting! No wonder California, all the counties, school districts, etc. are broke. It's stupid stuff like this taking money from the schools and giving it to the attorneys. People are losing their jobs, kids are losing arts, music, field trips...how can these people sleep at night? Oh yeah, they are sleeping in mansions and they are attorneys. Slime!!
