He is listed on the Arkansas sex offenders list.
I did some more researching and found he got arrested around Pine Bluff in October 2007 and was suppose to be arraigned on Nov. 20. I heard he is running from the law and may be going back to his mother's in Choudrant. We are trying to locate him so he can sign some papers to give my son paternity rights. What do you know about him?
