District Attorney candidate on trial for domestic battery

This is just about right....why oh why is it that every time Jonesboro makes the news it's because of some type of scandal? It's embarassing. Chris had to know that this was going to come out....why run for D.A. when you have something like this going on?

small town politics. bowman had a 50-50 chance levy would recuse himself or not and sweep it under the rug. in a local fiefdom like this anything short of murder can be hidden from view...for the right price. and, in case you haven't noticed, cnn/foxnews/etc don't much care for anything but scandal.

This is really shocking.

Chris is a great guy if you know him.. I'm sure he was provoked in some way or another.. he just pushed her into a door, she was probably in his face causing a scene.. what would you do?

Well, I actually know his ex-wife and she is a really nice person. I don't care what she did to provoke...no woman deserves to be manhandled, especially by her husband. I also know Chris, have known him all of his life. Yes, he can be nice but he is a sleazeball. He is a womanizer and a crook and I wouldn't trust him any further than I could pick him up and throw him...which ain't that far.

Bowman is indeed a womanizing crook. I find it hilarious that is tagline is to get rid of all the drugs when he is known in his "uppity" class of friends to be quite fond of powder. I worked for him so I've seen first hand. His ex wife IS nice and if she got in his face, I would too, after finding out he'd been screwing a close friend while she babysat the kids. Then he had the audacity to move his mistress into a house two down from theirs.
