I am proud that I served in the US Army. Salute.
Salute the troops all you want....have parades...give medals...IT DOES NOT MATTER

We are tied down and bleeding to death in a war we will LOSE

I cannot imagine any terrorists giving up to our soldiers that are in mental health clinics...can you?

Keep waving that stupid FLAG all ya want......keep sending KIDS to die for nothing and wasting TRILLIONS....YOU FOOL.

Our ARMY has zero value in this type war...NONE

We are our own worst enemy.....No chance at Victory whatsoever

To PJ GA Boy

21 years in the Navy. Sounds like a mental
case. Learned a valuable skill too no
doubt. How to be unemployed in the real
world. Breathing with your mouth open
for 21 years isn't an accomplishment.

Use a dictionary for the big words above.

Wow it totally amazes me that people could be so disrespectful!! I mean these men and women fight for our freedom so that all of us and our children can live and you can bad mouth them that way. Leads me to believe possibly that you are lacking any form of stability in your life, you are lacking any sort of a kind caring heart or a heart full of thanks for the freedom you enjoy each and every day of your life. I agree with the person who said you must be a coward to speak that way. Grow up and realize there are many people whom you owe thanks to for your freedom..

Salute.....all ya want....we will lose this war.....because we deserve to lose it.

Wave that Flag at the vindictive ugly nature of the American people as they are DEFEATED again.

We will defeat ourselves...the weight and folly of our efforts Guarentee our total humiliation. Count on it.

Pray ...wave the Flag.. salute...it means NOTHING whatsoever

Isn't it amazing how Obama gave his speech and had the audacity to state that this attack was in NO WAY related to Islamic fundementalism or an act of terror? Wouldn't shock me if the headlines came out next week about newly discovered evidence that this attack was planned over the last few years by an organized terror cell aimed at infiltrating the U.S. Military. Anyway, I feel for those victims of this attack and hope that the truth behind this is soon discovered.
Deuteronomy 13:6-10: Kill any friends or family that worship a god that is different from your own.

Doesn't that sound a lot like what some people are ACCUSING the Muslim religion of? There are good and bad people in every religion.

Yes, Deuteronomy is in the Old Testament.

But, also, "fight and slay the pagans," often quoted from the Quran, was also written centuries ago, when Mohammed's followers were fighting IDOL-WORSHIPING ARABS--YES, ARABS--it was NOT directd at Christians.

Neither the Bible nor the Quran teaches hate. It is men who stir up hate.

I am not really sure how come every discussion has to turn into a huge argument. But can you people not just stay on the matter at hand. People lost their lives. Children have been left without a mom or a dad due to the fact that someone got mad and decided to take it in his own hands and kill innocent men and women. Makes no sense to me. There are some really messed up things going on in the world today and to sit in front of a computer and argue rather than just discuss it is only making matters worse.

You are saying he got what he was asking for? He was doing what he thought was the right thing to do for his country. These people (the military) know what they are getting into but no one deserves to go through that. You are an idiot and a coward. People like you do not deserve to live in this country. If you are "All for oil" then go some place where it is more abundant, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, or any other OPEC country.

to rattlecattle and allforoil , my father served in the air force , uncle served in army , my brother , sisters , myself has also served in the armed forces ,(my brother is still active), have several friends in the military , that is there choice to serve as it was mine , alot of people join not thinking , hey , we may go to war , these people didnt ask to go to war , but they went , as for ya'll saying they volunteered and didnt have to go , well , its there choice , they are proud to serve there country , unlike you 2 sitting bitching and bad mouthing them , get a life . The young man that was from okla has to be a very good friend of mines son-in-law who had just gotten married a few months ago. Sad that he died from the hands of someone serving in the same military.
God Bless our men and women serving our country.

To EC Parent: You can't recognize sarcasum when you're presented with it. "AllForOil" means the war is only about cheap oil, not liberty or terrorism.

To its me: There are so many grammatical errors in your post you're plainly the product of Oklahoma schools. There are too many to correct. You'd make a really good military recruit. Dumb and uneducated.

And, I'll repeat the truth. He volunteered
and so no pity allowed him or his family.

"sarcasum"? Surely, since you are so well educated you meant to spell correctly, "sarcasm".

I find that it's not always a person's education that's indicative of character, kindness, compassion and truthfulness. It's what comes out of their heart, that ends up coming out of their mouth that tells the story.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Leo

If you ask someone to give you a hand today, don't be surprised if they make a mess of it. That's probably because their mind isn't on the job, but it might also be because your instructions aren't as clear as usual. So before you get angry, check that what you said made sense. Relations with someone older or more influential than you could also be blighted by confusion or doubt now.
