An operation that began in Obamas tenth month. The U.S. government putting Amercan purchased guns into the hands of the Mexican cartel with no effort to track them. Why?

Mommy, you need to get your facts right. The FAST AND FURIOUS program actually began under the Bush administration and a guy named Lucasey. The program was started in Phenoix by the head of that states headquarters of the ATF in 2006. And continues untill the Obama Attorney Genersl heard about the program and put a stop to it. By the way MOMMY, the head of ATF in Phenoix when asked about the program told AG Holder the program had been stoped --a lie. As it was still a working program in Arizona, Whe n Holder heard it was still being continued he halted the program. Get your facts straight. You must be a watcher of the FOX Comedy hours.

Na, under Bush it was called operation Wide Reciever, which was an attempt to track the guns with hidden gps devices. The cartel caught on and the operation was ended while Bush was still in office. Later it was revived by the current administration, with one difference, no tracking devices. I ask again why would they do that?

It was not revived under Obama, and it was later renewd under Bush under new names for differnet operations doing the same thing---tracking guns. Only teh names were changes for the different programs of running guns. Even Lucasy did not pace on teh info on the operation of the continuing un tracking. Sorry but I ony drink Lipton on the rocks--it gos down nice and cool and easy.

And why was that? Here is what I think.

Considering Obama's remarks to the Brady Bunch that his administration was working on the issue of gun control under the radar, it requires no great intuitive leap to understand that the incoming Obama Administration saw an existing opportunity to advance their campaign of disarming the citizenry through altering and expanding an existing program and leaped on it.

On March 30, the 30th anniversary of the assassination attempt on President Ronald Reagan, Jim Brady, who sustained a debilitating head wound in the attack, and his wife, Sarah, came to Capitol Hill to push for a ban on the controversial "large magazines." Brady, for whom the law requiring background checks on handgun purchasers is named, then met with White House press secretary Jay Carney. During the meeting, President Obama dropped in and, according to Sarah Brady, brought up the issue of gun control, "to fill us in that it was very much on his agenda," she said.

"I just want you to know that we are working on it," Brady recalled the president telling them. "We have to go through a few processes, but under the radar.

Ask anyone in the firearms industry, the Obama presidency has been the best sales stimulator they have ever experienced. Fearing that some form of federal ban or punitive excise tax might be forthcoming from this Chicago mob, I, like many millions of others, enhanced my personal arsenal and bought up large quantities of ammunition.

This was probably one of the reasons. Communists cannot have armed citizens. This entire administration is full of CARD CARRYING communists, Obama being one of them, his father and mother were too. I don't know one single communist, but this man is surrounded by them. It's not rocket science or coincidence.

Do you folks know that President Bush lost 4.5 million jobs on his watch in 2008. so Bush contributed to the unemployeement. Thats a loss of more jobs than he created in his 8 years in office.

Where in hell did you get that info from ASDF, FOX Comedy hour. Lets see where the info came from. That is sure a far stretch of the truth.

The previous administration had plenty of draft dodgers--they hid in the N guard, got up to 5 deferments or more. Even Romney got his deferrments, all off them that was avialable. He even got a deffment for his religion, but it is not known to be against a mormons religion to go to war for your country nor a reason to be used to avoid the draft as I know onw mormon that went to Viet Nam as a marine. Romney went to France during one deferrment. Now aint he a heck of a warrior. Bush joined the Guard and can not even sho where he was srving while in the guard --he seems to have lost his records and the goverment can not even find the record, the ones that are lost? So where are your heros at MOMMY

Nah brother, that's a comment that the current attorneys general made a few years back with regards to immigration.

I believe Joker's Mom was talking about Obama when she said that. He talks to us like we don't know how to do anything ourselves without the governments help. I think she meant he treats us, acts like and has turned us into a Nation of Cowards.

I think your facts are correct; and I have the same question in a slightly different version:

"Why the hell are we in any way arming the cartels?"

Look what this is costing taxpayers now and it will go on for at least 12 more months.

Pappy you're wrong. Wide Receiver was a very short lived program while Bush was in office and the DOJ and White House never knew, let alone lied to congress, about it.

But you are Obamatized and will defend him and his administration till the end. WHich I pray for the country is soon.

Now I'm interested to hear your proof that George W. Bush started the civil war.

By the way, why not mention the war record of Bush, Sr.? He was a fighter pilot and his plane was shot down during WWI.

Yup there it is. Jokers Mom is right. I'm so tired of being called a racist.

Lord, we have been bending over backwards to not descriminate for 40+ years now.

Yet we still have black history month and the black entertainment awards, etc. If we had a white entertainment awards program or white celebration month, it would cause riots and burnings across the country.

I know there were horrible injustices done when this country was founded and they went on for far too long. I've read a lot of history on the subject.

This generation is not racist. Far from it. And who keeps bringing it up? Black men and women in power or who have an audience.

Obamatized. I like that. Some people remind me of cartoons when we were kids and they would get hypnotized by something and the black and white swirly thing would come up on the screen and they would be all googly eyed. This man is almost like their golden alter. It's very strange.
