Actually septic tank bill was amended not repealed. The leg's left it up to the counties if they want to enforce it.
"Coley was thanked for sponsoring and shepherding-through the recent legislation that repealed a controversial 2011-session septic tank law in its adopted form. The repeal allows counties to opt-out of enacting a rule that requires septic tank owners/operators to have the tanks inspected every five years. Before the repeal, the inspections were to have been mandatory state-wide."

Coley passed the law realized what it would do to her future political endeavors and then amended it down to the counties. She is no hero in this. After speaking to Glidewell I am certain he would have never passed it in the first place unlike her. I cant vote for anyone who treats there opponet the way I saw her treat his family. I also cant vote for anyone that just looks out for themselves and votes the way the party big wigs ask them too. I agree with retired law enforcement check Glidewell out I believe you will really like him
