he's a loser that maybe the new school super will replace, it should be in the county school board by-laws that you can't hire someone who has been bankrupt or has outstanding debts everywhere that has not been paid!!!!

I do not know who this Chance fellow is but the "Chance" family in Chipley is a respectable family,in business for years, I was told.

That was just one of the superintendent's bad decisions that came back to bite her in the butt. Go vote and show her we are tired of her temper tantrums, dictatorship like tactics and micro-managing. She's controlled us up until this point, know we can show her who really has control.

He's a loser, because he's been married three times? His last wife got pregnant by her crack-dealer while married to Cy. No. 2 screwed at least a dozen men while married to Cy. He's a great dad, good friend and better than the people here. He has worked hard always getting better jobs, and has always been responsible for his family. Walk in his shoes and see if you would make better choices

I don't know who you think you are by saying that Cy Chance has never paid child support,which is a damn lie, and the mother of his children all of them which is (3) is from wife #2. I know for a fact that the mother would take him back and forth to court for more child support,and the judge finally told her if he sees her back before him for the same issue,that he would put her in jail. Cy has been there for his children through thick and thin,ya"ll really ought to leave him alone now that he is gone from the Washington County Schools,and is working in Bay County ,for your information. There are more important issues going on than to worry about him,because trust me he is not worrying about you.

Too many for me to count. Well, I guess he can say that it is a Washington County lose and a Bay County gain, we will sure miss the peice of arogant crap. I just wish I could buy him for what he is worth and sell himfor what he thinks he is worth. I just feel sorry for the ex-wives, for having wasted that part of their lives.
