Tehachapi prison is 3,100 over capacity~~they are all stuffed in like sardines~all prisons are in chaos~~~

even though the Gov,sent 3,000 inmates to out of state into (also crowded prisons) a new flock of prisoners, replaces them, for an inmates to attack guards, knowing there is severe retaliation~they are at the edge, and appears these guards where not the nicest of characters~~the oppression in all prisons are severe, especially when they are all past the point of repair~~while the Gov.takes his time~~hopefully the new Federal Receiver Kelso, will make immediate changes~~for inmates and guards safety~~those guys who attacked, will probably be set up by guards to be killed or driven insane,or tortured in the Shu~~if they make it out~`then of course,we the people will suffer consequences for what ever abuse they have been subjected to~~Inmates are feeling desperate, with no hope, because of over enhanced sentences, the 3 strikes, they are doing life, for simple stuff, such as stealing food ~~why are people having to steal food in the first place? God Bless America !!

Gangs are replicas of our very own judicial systems and government systems~~from the top~~
Racism is created,to keep us all dumbed down,as long as we all keep fighting each other, the better slaves we all make to the real oppressors, who do not want us to unite as human beings,so we won't find out the truth of the illusionary world they have created for us~~~~~~
google truthbrigaderadio.com and listen for yourself~~

The prisoners need hope. Their family members are not organizing to change the laws and the sentences are too long for non violent offenders. The inmates are taking things into their own hands now because their family members won't help with the initiative campaigns underway to change the laws.

The guards abuse them, they feel they are never going to get out. A lack of hope can only result in blood shed. Three million Californians related to a state prisoner, you'd think they'd be helping with the work it takes to change the laws. The lawmakers are put into office by law enforcement labor unions, they are never going to change the laws or bring about any justice in the courts.

I expect many more people to die on all sides, nobody can rescue these people except if they form one huge voting lobby and oust the Republican lawmakers supporting this slave labor industry. Not rocket science.

Hey, Diane - I have a solution to the problem that won't cost anything and will be helpful to the poor inmate that is being picked on and the family member that can't organize...DON'T LIVE A LIFE OF CRIME!!! OBEY THE LAW - DAH.

Thats what you get when you have a crooked county government that wants to make every one serve 2/3 of their sentence, and anyone that doesnt know a san berdo co. government worker is guilty before they are sentenced. When you can shoot someone and wear a badge and get away with it. Dont ask for any sympathy, when you dont serve justice evenly.

Where did you get your numbers. It would mean that the prison has more than twicw it's capacity of 2706. It seems impossible. I agree that the 3 strikes law is stupid. We need to save space for murderers and rapist. But if the are on thier third strike they shoud know by now how miserable it is.

Easier said the done. It's all these bleeding heart anti death penalty assho*ls that make it easy for these guys to stay on death row for years. I think if you have not been a victim of violent crime you should not have a say in how the death penalty laws should be handled. Pretty sure that if those who have been victims took over, these people would not be on deat row so long.

Yeah but I was always told white and hispanic guys got along in prison. I guess they have taken their attention off of the blacks and are now going after us.I hope this doesn't spill over into the street. I have four boys of my own.
I understood it was always the whites and southsiders that get along. They don't get along with the pisas...no one in there does. And the whites or hispanics won't want to be seen hanging with the blacks..Too much freakin' politics. Sometimes I think the guards may purposely cause conflict with some of the inmates. I am sure they start a lot of things between the inmates.

It usually depends who is not, or is getting along on the outide. And no the guards do naot start things. This type of racism and hatred usually leads to riots. Riots are the biggest thing these guards try to avoid. Many get hurt or may even die dring a riot. They have no reason to want it to go on. As a matter of fact it's alot of hassle when you can't mix the races because they are not getting along.

Should have shot them all, that would be 50 less losers we as tax payers would have to support. Those idiots live better in prison then they would on the streets.

Shooting them all would only bring lawsuits from family members who don't even visit these losers.
