It is my fervent wish that the prosecuting attorney will be effective in making an example of this case by prosecuting Daniel Ugarte Navarro to the full extent of the law for his multiple ongoing acts of almost incomprehensible cruelty to these dumb, helpless, sick beasts who have already suffered so much. What is even more sickening is the pleasure he takes in his sadism. A person so lacking in basic human decency and morality should be held accountable for his repeated violations of the farm animal anticruelty and humane laws of the United States. Can you imagine the THOUSANDS of animals this man and others like him have tortured over years of employment in stockyards and processing plants? It is time to make an example of this case and set a strong precedent that this conduct will not be tolerated and will never be tolerated in this country. We must speak for those innocent beasts who cannot speak for themselves.
